HAG Hinged Steel Fire Doorsets
Available in a wide range of sizes and frames can be supplied in standard sizes with an adjustable frame option.
The doorsets are available single or double opening and carry a 120minutes fire rating in accordance with BS 476: Parts 20 and 22.
The door blade is 55mm thick with 1.2mm galvanised steel skins. The door skins are folded and spot-welded.
Doors are rebated on three sides, hung on three adjustable hinges and secured at the back with two security bolts into the frame.
The doors have an insulated honeycomb core. Options include insulating mineral wool core.
The doorframe is manufactured from 1.5mm roll-formed galvanised steel with a 2mm galvanised sill (optional) and have a mineral wool insulation core.
Frames are manufactured in different versions for after-installation and have standard grooves for sealing strips.
Doors are prepared for a modular mortise lock and strengthened for closure/panic hardware, double doors also have flush bolts to the inactive leaf.
The doorsets can be fitted with weather seals and thresholds to provide a sound reduction rating of 30dB with mineral wool infill.
Doorsets are supplied with a light grey primer, options include a wet sprayed colour topcoat or PVC laminate steel. HAG.
