HAG CD 900 Built On Roller Grille
Consist of an open grille constructed of extruded aluminium links, designed for use in internal shop fronts, kiosks, bars and serveries.
The vision openings are 150mm x 70mm as standard. Options include vision openings of 75mm x 70mm.
The grilles are finished in satin silver anodised as standard. Powder coated to RAL/BS colours can be supplied on request.
Other options include regular or brick bond pattern profiles, solid slats included at intervals for visual effect or increased strength.
Company logos and designs can be incorporated in the construction of the grille. Shutter box
Manufactured from roll formed aluminium in two sections, finished in white or dark brown. The bottom box is removable for installation and maintenance and chamfered at 45°. The shutter box is assembled on die cast aluminium end plates.

Clear opening height (to underside of box) 1400mm box size 205mm.
Clear opening height (to underside of box) 2350mm box size 250mm.

Guide rails:
Ref UPH 240/260 - Extruded aluminium with an integral box section for reinforcement and to facilitate fixing, and incorporating neoprene seals for quiet and smooth operation.
UPH 240 – 75mm wide x 27mm deep.
UPH 260 – 95mm wide x 27mm deep.
Operation:
Spring loaded: A counterbalanced spring ensures controlled raising and lowering of the shutter, and with a key lock built-in at the bottom.
Single phase electric operation: A tubular motor within the barrel assembly with limit switches and a thermal cut out to prevent overheating. Draw 240volts and 0.5-2.5 amps, depending on size of the shutter.
Override - The provision of a separate 13 amp fused spur is required for installation.
Manual overrides and supplied for shutters which are to be installed over entrance/exit doorways to permit operation in the event of a power failure, usually from one side only.
Control: Standard security key switch or rocker switch. Other types of control are available.
