Fireguard FT01, FT02 & FT04 High Security Fire Shutter
Offering the ability to be installed in areas where traditional fire shutters are not possible. Delivering a fire protection barrier for 1-4 hours depending on model, while providing a high level of security. Tested to BS EN 1634-1 compliant BS EN 16034:2014. Galvanised steel finish with powder coating available at additional cost. Recommended maximum width up to 7,000 mm for this fire shutter.
Operating automatically during an emergency, the Fireguard range of fire shutters also provides a high level of security. Offering capabilities of 60, 120 & 240 minutes of fire protection, depending on specification. Tested to BS EN 1634-1 and compliant BS EN 16034:2014. Galvanised steel finish with powder coating available at additional cost. Recommended maximum width 12,000 mm.
The Fireguard HF60 Fire Curtain delivers 60 minute fire protection. The system’s built-in self-closing mechanism links to the building’s emergency fire protection systems. Its specially-coated glass fibre curtain prevents the spread of fire and protects main escape routes. Single curtains up to 5000 mm(W) and 6000 mm(H). Overlap multiple curtains to achieve widths up to 20,000 mm. CERTIFIRE approved.
The Fireguard HF240 Fire Curtain is a premium fire resisting curtain giving 240 minute fire protection with the added benefit of 30 minutes irradiance shield. Tested and compliant to the latest European standards BS EN 16034. This adaptable fire curtain can be installed in suspended or solid ceilings. Widths up to 20 metres wide can be obtained by overlapping curtains. CERTIFIRE approved.
The Fireguard HFS Plus Smoke and Fire Curtain provides optimum levels of smoke and fire protection with added irradiance shield. This protection system is designed to provide safe evacuation routes in proximity to the fire curtain and protection for close contact. It comes complete with smoke seals as standard to provide 120 minutes of smoke & fire protection. CERTIFIRE approved.
The Fireguard HS120 Smoke Curtain protects against the spread of smoke for up to 2 hours, and is tested up to 600˚C. Highly adaptable, this smoke protection system can be specified as fixed or automated to protect escape routes. The Smoke Curtain can be manufactured with no maximum width, and can be installed discreetly for low headroom requirements. CERTIFIRE approved.
The Fireguard FD01 is a pedestrian Fire Resisting Steel Doorset that prevents the spread of fire whilst providing high security. Bespoke manufactured, it can be specified with a range of fire Integrity (E) from 60 to 240 mins. Fully optimisable with factory fitted vision panels, hardware, finishes and ironmongery. Compliant to fire regulations BS 476 Part 20 & 22, BS EN 1634 and CERTIFIRE.
The Fireguard FD05 Glass Doorset is a glass fire resistant door system tested to BS EN 1634-1. Specifiable as doorsets or automatic sliding doors for main passageways and entrances used in fire evacuation routes. Acoustic reduction up to 55dB. Ballistic resistant to BS EN 1522 & FB3NS to FB7NS. Intruder resistant to BS EN 1627 RC2 to RC5.

Fire resistance level is the ability of the system to withstand fire under test conditions for a certain period of time. Their effectiveness is rated on a scale of 60, 120, or 240-minute fire rating, which represents the time it can prevent major damage to buildings.
