HAG has recently won two large contracts with councils in Lincolnshire and Kent. Both councils required an experienced company to provide regular maintenance of industrial and personnel doors at council premises.
The Lincoln Council contract involves repair and maintenance of approximately 300-400 doors across the county for a three-year term. This will include maintenance of industrial sectional doors and Automatic Doors that are regularly used at Lincoln Fire Brigade & council premises. The contract also includes maintenance of doors and shutters in offices, libraries, and other council-run buildings throughout the county.
Kent County Council required maintenance of approximately 1000 doors throughout the county at council offices, libraries, and other council run and owned premises. HAG will provide reactive and pre-planned maintenance on a vast array of doors and shutters, including auto doors, roller shutters, and fire doors, for an initial four-year term.
HAG is proud to be working with authorities in Kent, and have also recently renewed an existing contract with Kent and Medway Fire and Rescue Service. This contract includes providing pre-planned maintenance and reactive repairs across 67 fire stations, which use our bi-folding Q Doors.
Using HAG to provide regular maintenance of doors and shutters will mean that both councils are in compliance with the UK’s Health and Safety Act 1974 Regulation 18(2)(B). The regular maintenance will also mean that applications are safe to use and have an increased life expectancy.
HAG offer a variety of different maintenance options to suit your premises’ requirements. We’ve recently made it easier for our clients to manage their doors by introducing a state of the art Online Service Manager (OSM) that allows the user to log faults and book callouts online.
