Bespoke manufactured, it can be specified with a range of fire Integrity (E) from 60 to 240 minutes. Fully optimisable with factory-fitted range of vision panels, hardware, finishes and ironmongery. Compliant to fire regulations BS 476 Part 20 & 22, BS EN 1634 and CERTIFIRE.

The Fire resisting steel doorset leaf has a thickness of 48mm with an interior honeycomb core as standard.
For superior thermal and acoustic insulation, rock wool may be specified as an option for external applications. U values up to 1.8W/m2K are specifiable.
The door frame is manufactured from 1.5mm folded Aluzinc steel with fixed reveal. Offered in Type A, Type B, Type C and Type D frame options.
Supplied with a variable sub frame to allow up to 30mm tolerance for site installations. Range of frames options to allow for internal or external installation of architrave.
Optional choice from a full range of vision panel and louvre configurations available, providing compliance to Document Part M Building Regulations 2004.
Supplied as standard with a 15mm stepped threshold for compliance to Disability Discrimination act (DDA)
The frame is fitted with 4 off Class 13 stainless steel ball bearing hinges with security dog bolts. As standard the doorset is fitted with EXIDOR/BRITON 200 series panic hardware in silver finish. Alternatives specifiable as an option.
As standard, these doors are offered with primer finish or in a choice of 75 standard Powder Coat colours. Specification of any BS or RAL colour is available at additional cost.
As standard, complete with fire resisting door seals.
