DESIGNED FOR EXCELLENT VISION
The Z Door is a vertically stacking electric sectional door for use in industrial premises. The folding design retracts into a compact space above the door lintel so to avoid the requirement of the traditional running track and save the valuable high level space behind the door, allowing space for equipment such as vehicle lifts, cranes or lighting. The curtain is insulated and can be fully panoramic to allow maximum vision whilst retaining its security
and its thermal values.
This sectional door can be used in applications where a compact industrial door system is required allowing space to be used behind the door at high level. The full panoramic system gives an attractive frontage for commercial and industrial premises such as vehicle workshops, garages, MOT stations, fire stations and distribution warehouses.

The Door Panels are constructed as standard from sandwich Aluminium Panels. The sections concertina vertically and compact behind the structural opening, ideal for areas with minimal Inward Clearance at High Level.

Clearance Requirements at Sides: Motor Side at High Level: 360mm. Non-Motor Side at High Level: 95mm
Side Tracks: 95mm Vertically both sides
A three phase IP54 motor operates the Sectional door in conjunction with a cable tension system incorporated at high level. To ensure CE legislation is fully complied with EN-12604 & EN 12453, a fall save safety device is fitted. An automatic lock system is engaged when in the closed position to prevent unauthorised entry. A full range of operation controls are available for these industrial doors.
Panels available Solid or Glazed and Finished in Polyester Powder Coat from the Standard RAL Range.
The Z Door panel, hardware comprises of integrated hinges, standard in stainless steel with powder coating.
