What happens when the design changes halfway through a major project?

Changes are managed through the ongoing technical dialogue between HAG and the project team. Revised information, drawings, queries and requirements are reviewed and incorporated into the design as appropriate.

On larger projects, this can involve multiple people and departments working from shared online tender/procurement systems, where project information and HAG’s documentation can be accessed and distributed across different locations.

The drawings are reviewed and ultimately signed off by the client/project team before manufacture.
